Santana Row in San Jose was looking to refresh its image and move away from dated, uninspired materials that didn’t reflect the luxury of the property. The goal was to create a sleek identity system that elevated the brand, appealed to high-end renters, and caught the attention of both locals and visitors in this popular shopping destination.
Results
I designed a new suite of materials that redefined Santana Row Living with a modern, sophisticated look. This included updated business cards, social media posts, and large-scale window wraps to draw in shoppers and passersby. The refreshed identity features a black and gold palette with black marble textures, a repeating pattern made from the SR emblem, and an updated logo where “Living” appears in a handwritten script to convey elegance. These design choices gave Santana Row a polished, aspirational feel that speaks directly to the luxury experience of the property.
