Objective
Solstice in Roseville, California was still under construction when I began the project, with only a name and interior renderings to reference. The goal was to create a brand identity from the ground up that would appeal to Millennials in the area and set the stage for leasing once the community opened. The challenge was to design a modern and memorable logo that connected to the name while building a full visual system that could extend across multiple marketing touchpoints.

Results
I designed a minimal sun emblem as the centerpiece of the logo, paired with a custom “sun and earth” graphic that added depth and versatility to the brand. These elements established a strong, modern identity that resonated with the target audience. From there, I applied the branding across flyers, billboards, and banners, giving the property a cohesive and recognizable presence even before construction was complete. The identity positioned Solstice as a fresh, contemporary community for Roseville’s Millennial renters.
