Elysium

Objective
When I was brought onto the Elysium project, the property was a blank slate. It was a brand new apartment community in Reno with no recognition in the market and no visual identity beyond a logo of abstract mountains. The objective was to build awareness and excitement while reaching a Millennial and Gen Z audience who value lifestyle, connection, and modern design. My challenge was to take that single logo and grow it into a full brand system that would give Elysium a distinct presence and help lease up new units.

Results
I built a brand identity that felt fresh, approachable, and rooted in the spirit of Reno’s mountain landscape. From there I designed a resident app that made communication seamless, business cards that introduced the team with confidence, and brochure cards that worked as compact, on-the-go storytelling pieces. Together these touchpoints created a unified brand experience that captured the energy of the community and gave the leasing team tools to connect authentically with their audience while generating excitement for Elysium’s launch.
