Objective
Escala was a brand new community of luxury rental homes in Lathrop, California with no brand identity beyond a provided logo. The objective was to introduce the property to the market, build awareness, and connect with prospective residents in an authentic way. The target audience was renters seeking upscale, modern living, and the challenge was to create a full brand system that could make an impact both in-person and digitally.
Results
I developed a cohesive identity that extended across multiple touchpoints, giving Escala a polished presence in the community and beyond. I created custom event displays including a tent and branded tablecloth to help the team stand out and engage at local events, along with promotional giveaway items that reinforced the lifestyle of the property. I also designed an amenity bag that showcased the community’s offerings, business cards that reflected professionalism, and direct mailers with promotional offers. To expand reach further, I created digital billboards that were displayed at the mall, ensuring Escala was seen by a wide audience.
